The app has multiple breathwork levels. To unlock the next level, log in 10 days in a row. Each level introduces deeper breathing modes and mindset tools. Why breathwork? Because the most powerful tool you have is your mind, and breath is how you access it. This app helps bridge the gap between physical effort and mental clarity to unlock your full potential. App is web based and can log in via your browser with log-in and password Using the App: How do I access it? Either use the web-bases version or download it on google play. Is it free? Yes! Free sessions are available. Premium unlocks advanced features and content, in the future donations or subcriptions will be encouraged. How do I sign up? Visit the site, create an account, and you're in. Forgot password? Click "Forgot Password" on the login page to reset it via email. Can I use it offline? The Android phone app has a limited subset for offline functionality. Account & Support How do I cancel my subscription? Leave feedback, or your subscription will expire at end of your current period. Do you offer refunds? No refunds for partial billing periods, but reach out if you have issues, we're here to help.
